Edition Gandolf IPA

Strong copper in colour with bright orange tones and a creamy-white head. The dry-hopping using Citra leads to intensive citrus and exotic aromas in the nose. The taste of ripe fruits such as mango and pineapple unfolds in the flavour. The pronounced fruitiness is balanced by a distinct but harmonious bitterness.

Accompaniment for food: goes amazingly well with anything fried in breadcrumbs, with all veal dishes and Asian dishes and last but not least is a wonderful accompaniment to (strudel) desserts.
